Richard Belmond (Guitarist) has been recording singers and band professionally for 25 years.
Richard Developed a Love for music Early on As he began to play with his two brothers when they were teenagers.
the group ,The Belmond Brothers.. they performed all over new york city.. and by this time was sign to a recording contract under the direction of Paul Griffin (producer,keyboard player with Steely Dan,Bob Dylan.and others ) Richard says ..we had a lot of talent growing up in Chelsea New york,one was Dennis Davis who went on to play with Roy Ayers,Stevie wonder, and David bowie to name a few. we use to bring our gear out to the park and jam for hours at a time
He wears many hats today , Musician Producer and engineer for live sound applications
Richard understands how to bring out the creative and musical potential of everyone he works with.His Multifaceted experience has led him to be a seasoned musician with his own style,yet Richard undeniable skills have not altered his persona,One that is fun and enjoyable to work with.
Richard has also work with Companies based in Japan.
Although his is called on for session work these days , Richard says his true love is playing on stage with a Band
